Kocktails with Kelly: 4th of July Edition

All of us here at KW HQ are excited to celebrate the 4th of July the best way we know how... with a Kelly Wynne bag in tow and a Wynnederful cocktail! We are sharing a couple of our favorite drink recipes made with local Austin liquor to ring in Independence Day!
PEACH MOSCOW MULE
(Serves 4)
1 large lime
8 oz Deep Eddy's Peach Vodka
24 oz SoCo Ginger Beer
Fresh mint to garnish
1. Fill 4 glasses with ice 
2. Add 2 oz of Deep Eddy's Peach Vodka and 6 oz of SoCo Ginger Beer to each glass
3. Squeeze 1/4 of a lemon into each glass, then add a couple of pieces of fresh mint
4. Stir all of the ingredients together
BLACKBERRY TOM COLLINS
(Serves 4)
5 oz Genius Gin
3 oz of fresh lemon juice
3 oz of simple syrup
20 blackberries
Club soda 
1. Crush 16 blackberries with the simple syrup in a large mixing glass
2. Add Genius Gin, lemon juice, and ice
3. Shake and strain into each glass over fresh ice
4. Top with club soda to your preference and garnish with 2 blackberries in each glass
