Return/Exchange Policy

 

KELLYWYNNE.COM will accept returns within 14 days of the date on which the order was received. An exception will be made for merchandise purchased during the month of December, which may be returned/exchanged for store credit provided that the package is postmarked no later than January 8, 2016.

For your convenience, we have included a return label in the shipment. Should you decide to use the included label for a return or exchange, a shipping cost of $12.00 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.  

All returned merchandise must be received by Kelly Wynne in its original condition, not having been worn, with the dust bag and any additional attachments. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged, defective or was processed incorrectly. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective. In the event that we have processed your order incorrectly, please e-mail info@kellywynne.com with an order # and claim.

Merchandise purchased on sale or with a discount is considered to be final sale and are not returnable.

To request a return or exchange, please e-mail info@kellywynne.com with your order #. Upon approval from a customer service representative, complete the backside of the return/exchange card and include it in the shipment. 

A representative will send you an e-mail notification when your return is received and approved by Kelly Wynne. If you are approved for a return/exchange, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
